1. We will publish any length on any topic.

2. We will include any pics sent along (but please make them .jpg.)

3. We want your text to be in MS-Word if possible and please remember that we need a title, too.

4. If you want to be identified, please also include a 2-sentence bio and a thumbnail.

5. No profanity or personal insults. Slang - fine.
